so i have this old desktop thing (well mostly the hardware) and stuff the specs of this laptop: GPU: GTX 960M CPU: Intel i7-6700HQ CPU (8 CPUs) @ 2.60GHz memory: 8GB os: windows 10 desktop specs: GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 830 Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.8 GHz memory: 8gb os: windows 10 all i see is the desktop having 4CPUs and the laptop having 8 (well 4 and 8 logical) is the graphics card better or something i doubt its the cpu since that thing is like 50 years old

Weren't people reporting problems with Nvidia cards when Win 10 released I'm no techie but I think I remember people saying that Maybe updated your drivers?

they are up to date and i have it set to the maximum performance things' the pc is at least 5 years old and the laptop is much much newer so idk
