It's happening a lot more often, perhaps after around 2015. I've heard people saying "don't crash yet" or "sorry, I crashed", and I've asked them to hear similar stories.
Basically, while you're playing, the Roblox client becomes completely white, still leaves the in-game audio, and prompts a message up saying: "An error occurred and Roblox has unexpectedly quit. We're sorry!" or something like that.
It happens a lot when you're playing Lumber Tycoon 2 on an average PC and internet after an hour or two of gameplay, and sometimes on other games on unexpected rates.
My question is: has anyone been experiencing the same lately?
Thanks for the replies in advance! |

Why These Can Happen:
ROBLOX or another program is still running while installing
Temporary Files are corrupted
Firewall is preventing ROBLOX from starting
Other ROBLOX files have become corrupted
What you can do:
Open Internet Explorer
Open the gear icon > Internet options
Open the Advanced tab
Click the reset button

I understand, but I have
1.) installed the Roblox client completely to get all updates successfully installed
2.) never installed a firewall strict enough to restrict Roblox, or at least I've not allowed it to
3.) been careful enough to not delete/modify any system files and let antivirus programs do the "risky" jobs for me
4.) noticed that Roblox runs fine on many other high quality games, e.g. Phantom Forces, Apocalypse Rising, and even Tradelands, but I always crash on Lumber Tycoon 2 after an hour of gameplay
To note, I use Chrome. Will that affect my Roblox gaming performance?
Thanks, Braden, for sharing!
Anyway, anyone else willing to share similar stories or give good advice? |

"Your internet may be the problem" Are you serious? This error has nothing to do with connection. |

No there are many things proving it can be your internet

HOLY CRAP, I KNOW WHY.
--Internet
1.) iiNerbaz, thank you very much. I now (hopefully) fully grasped the concept. I live in a set of islands with an unbelievably corrupt government, making my internet far by the worst and crazily high price for such a below average experience.
My internet ranges from at best 4.5 mbps, and at worst barely even able to open a website; even reaching for speedtest.net can't work - that's how slow it is. And now, recently, due to adding the fact that my household area has lower internet connection than other areas nearby, I can [almost] thoroughly agree that the reason why I'm crashing is because of my internet.
--PC specs
2.) CastedBounds, my PC specs are average. Not potato, not PC master race gaming, but I'd say in between. It's definitely not my PC that's the problem - I can play World of Tanks on medium graphics for extended amounts of time, and I haven't ever crashed. But sadly I can't even handle, goodness sakes, Lumber Tycoon 2 for at least an hour or a half.
Thanks for the advice, everyone! Anyway, has anyone been experiencing the same? Let me know! |

Download CCleaner and run the registry cleaner and, the regular cleaner. This will get rid of your corrupt temporary files. |
