Section I. Introduction
Citizens of Docklands;
Our campaign holds more experience than any other campaign can match. We have actual goals that we plan to fulfill, unlike previous Governors. We are running in these Gubernatorial Elections for the sake of our state. We feel that we are the individuals who can turn Docklands into the state that it deserves to be.

Section II. Goals for the Term
It has frustrated me for many terms now at how much we lack true leaders. I promise all Citizens of Docklands that we will fix things. You can see some of our minor plans in this section and our main plans can be found in other sections.
→ The Judicial Branch
We will hire an individual we trust to manage the Judicial Branch. We expect plenty of applications for the Chief Court Justice position. We will make sure to hire the BEST candidate. It is our goal to make sure that the courts are consistently filled with the proper judges and justices.
→ The Supreme Court
When I wrote our Constitution, I initially planned make the Supreme Court very similar to what it is in real life. The Justices would be nominated by the Governor, approved by Congress, and serve life terms. Unfortunately, Congress denied the idea initially. I feel that this needs to happen within the state and it will be major progress towards the Judicial Branch that I have envisioned for a long time. We would have nine justices overall. Thus including the Chief Court Justice and Assistants. That would make a total of six regular justices.
→ Foreign Policy
This is overall this is the most important plan of the administration. Term after term, our Foreign Affairs have been terrible. It is about time we enact a foreign policy and get our heads in the game. We need to create alliances with other ro-nations, states, and businesses while sorting out our current alliances. See section VI for more information regarding the enactment of a State Department.
→ Privatization of the Department of Media
I have never been a supporter of state new media. It simply reminds me of a dictatorship; North Korea in particular. I plan on submitting legislation to privatize Docklands News Productions and create a Press Corps. See section VII for more information regarding the Press Corps.

Section IV. Plans for the Administration
→ Weekly Cabinet Reports
This is a concept first introduced by former Governor, bill52600. He required each cabinet official to fill out a weekly report on his/her department. There would be strikes given if the report was not submitted. These reports help give the Governor the information needed to make changes with that particular department. These reports will be managed by the Chief of Staff.
→ Implementation of the Office of the Governor
This department is one of the major plans that we have for the term. This will be short due to Section VII. Read Section VII for more information regarding this new department.
→ Admin Abuse Guidelines
New guidelines for Executive Admins will be created that are more in-depth and apply to commands used most often.
→ Executive Orders
We plan on enacting MULTIPLE Executive Orders throughout the upcoming term. Some involve department reformation, possible departments, and more.

Section V. Plans for Congress
Congress is my personal specialty. I plan on continuing my work with Congress as the Lieutenant Governor. Once the new Congress is elected, I will be briefing the entire Congress on the goals of the term. I will introduce all new legislation to them so they are aware of what we are planning. Our Congress WILL be effective, that's an absolute requirement of mine.
Our administration will be endorsing NCISDC as the Speaker of the House. I feel that he is the right person to fill my shoes as the Speaker of the House. Our administration will officially support his House of Representative and Speaker of the House campaigns.

Section VI. A new Department
In order to organize our Foreign Affairs, I will be submitting legislation for the implementation of a Docklands State Department. We need to maintain pace with other ro-states who have adopted similar departments. The structure of the department shall proceed as follows:

The position of Secretary of State in our campaign is a position that we are taking seriously. We expect an experienced individual who knows how to negotiate, run a department, and deal with conflict. If Lost and I feel that we don’t have the right candidate, I will take over the duty temporarily until a proper candidate is found.

Section VII. The Office of the Governor
→ Why we are implementing this Department
The Office of the Governor houses all of the Governor’s staff. This includes the Chief of Staff, Press Secretary, and many other notables. The Office of the Governor will be the main department in the State of Docklands.
→ Who is going to run this Department?
The plan is for the Chief of Staff to be the main individual who runs the department. All Executive Staff will be involved with the department, this also including capital staff.
→ Why this Department should be approved by Congress
Our campaign comes with many goals and plans that we would like to accomplish. This department would be the first department related legislation submitted to the Docklands State Legislature. This shows how badly we need this department. I hope that candidates planning on running for Congress take this into mind.

SECTION IX. Changes for the Department of Justice
Our campaign is looking forwards to establishing a PROPER department of Justice. This does include an Attorney General, Inspector Generals, and much more. A common question asked is what will happen to the court system. The Supreme Court, Appeals Court, and District Court will be moved to a “Docklands Judicial Branch” group. The Department of Justice would be responsible for prosecuting individuals who commit crimes, investigating abuse from departments and DPD, while also helping certify attorneys to represent those who go to court.
