1. Debatable but highly doubtful
2. The only players who do anything for them are Alaba and Fuchs, they shouldn't be top 20

and hungary isn't bad especially when they have dzsudzsak and szalai which is better than what a lot of other teams have.

Chile are good, but shouldn't be #3. Not even top 10 for e.
Austria are good, Alaba, Arnautovic, and Fuchs but they aren't #11 in my book.
Hungary are NOT good at all, they aren't even top 30 for me
