Here's my idea: Making hats. (Hear me out.)
There should be an option to make hats under the Develop page. It will, however, cost money depending on what mesh you use.
Such as:
Wings - 500
Headphones - 12,500
All the way up to:
Dominus - 3M
Basically, the price of making a hat is half of the price of the most expensive hat that you are using the mesh of, unless it's a ridiculously high price like Wanwood Crown's 999M+.
You cannot use any texture that's already used for an official Roblox hat. You may, however, use any retexture you like.
Also, you cannot trade or sell them to other users. You can delete them, but you'll only get a small percentage of the money you paid back. (NBC: 10%, BC: 25%, TBC: 35%, OBC: 50%)
The hats will also be moderated in order to be added to your game.
You can also add fire for an additional 500 R$.
So, there's my idea. Support? Great. No support? Why not?

Should be 10,000K R$ to make 1 hat with any mesh & no effects, and no limited items & rare items.
Can upload custom meshes & textures, will be moderated.
I feel like if it was cheap then people would spam the catalog with hats, and if effects were aloud then it would be spammed. |

Perhaps you get 5 hats for free the first month you decide to use it
then after those 5 you have to pay a set amount
and you get 1 free hat to create every OTHER month |

Meshes were a free feature so there's no damn reason to make them cost anything since it'll be a paywall for building in studio.

The catalog would be even more of a mess (It's a mess as it is) and finding hats that are somewhat top quality from ROBLOX themselves would be pretty hard.
