MR'S:
Assistant Supervisors- As an assistant supervisor, you are to watch the café and do anything the Supervisor asks of you (Goes for any high rank that asks you to do something.) You may be on the lookout for the LR's who work hard and you may tell the Supervisors or HR's that you've seen someone that has worked hard (And other reasons) and you believe they should get a rank up.
(Limit of people are 7)
Supervisor- As Supervisors,you watch the café, answer peoples questions and find Trainees or Baristas that work hard and really deserve a rank up. You also give advice to Assistant Supervisors and LRs.(Limit of people are 5)
Assistant Managements- An assistant/employee of an organization with some type of level such as supervisory authority, who is subordinate to and works with one or more higher-level managers. Mainly the Assistant managements preform the tasks that the rank above them would do (Managements) when the Managements is unavailable. Assistant managers are often promoted from within the ranks after being recognized for efficiency or leadership potential.
Managements- The administration of a group of people assembled to work on a particular project or to perform a particular function within an organization. Team management typically involves setting team priorities and performance objectives, reviewing performance and methods employed, and spearheading the team's decision making process. (Limit of people are 7)
HR'S:
Board of Directors- Board of Directors, [BoD] is a very superior and professional rank. Only members with great trust will earn this rank.To become BoD you MUST be elected. BoD is rarely handpicked, and is usually full (Limit of people are three.)
Chief of Directors-[CoD] This role is to watch over all the BoD’s. They can also fire BoD’s if caught not doing the job correctly. Chief of Directors also can manage or rearrange the rules if reasonable to make the café run better.(Limit of people are two)
Chief of Operators- [CoO] This HR is who can create ideas for the Café. They also check the activity of all the staff members and making sure they are active and actually doing their job. If not, they can request/report to demote any MR at ANY time. They are also in charge of choosing a new Chief of Directors if that CoD has been kicked out from the group.
Chief Staff Officer- [CSO] They are incharge of promoting and demoting people in ranks. (MR'S ONLY)
Chief Executive Officer- [CEO] As this rank, you manage the Managements to CSO's.
Vice President- The vice president gathers up his or her's own ideas to tell the President.
President- The President has a VERY high amount of trust. Due to the help of the building or his or her respect throughout the time.
Chairman-(CO-Founder of Café) Able to run the Café. You have as much power in the group aside of the Founder.
Chairwomen- (A.K.A Founder of Café) Is the MAIN person who runs the Café

CeO to CSO(About eleven days)
CSO to CEO(A month)
Vice-Chairwoman won't be open until one of them quits.
If they quit ONLY BOD-CEO can apply for it. |
