Just select all of them, either by dragging your mouse over the bricks, so they're all highlighted. Or, holding the Shift key while selecting each brick will also highlight all the bricks you want, then you can color them all like you would any regular brick.

Just select them all by doing Ctrl + left mouse click on each of them before finally selecting the colour in the "Properties" window.
