How much should I be asking people for a retexture?

Specifically, I am making a skateboard game and want people to retexture the https://web.roblox.com/SkateboardDefault-item?id=32715875 texture. But I am not sure how much (or if) I should be paying volunteers for it as I don't think anyone will bother if I offer no incentive but I still need money left over for other things in the game like advertising.
