ok be aware some copies are glitched
on my copy of pearl from portugal official night time is 2am through 7am
and I don't mean my DS clock, that is set fine, but rotom usually spawns 8pm - 8am but he is only 2am through 7am

i had to give my eevee the soothing bell then level it up apparently
i got my umbreon so all is well |
