Paragraph 1: Cars Article 1: All cars are due on the fifteenth of June, two thousand and sixteen. Section 1.1 - If you do not send in the cars by June the fifteenth, you will either A) Register a spot in a person's team for Season 2, or B) Wait until Season 3 to race for your own team/another person's team. If you choose option A, the boss of the team has his way, choosing to make/delete sponsors, change manufacturers, change numbers, fire them from the team, trade drivers with other teams. (An example of this was when nygjoe13 made an agreement with cheezywheezy26 for rustyfighter89 to move from FedEx Racing to NYMotorsports.) Section 1.2 - If you tamper with a car, you will be caught. NMMacc1, SimF1Maker, and I will perform pre-race and post-race car checks. If something is different, you will EITHER 1) Be on strict probation 2) Be docked points 3) Be on suspension for one race 4) Be on suspension for a number of races 5) Be on suspension for a number of races and dock all your teammates' points 5) Be on suspension for a number of races, dock all of your teammates' points, and be fired from your team in ARCR (or forced to shutdown ARCR subsidiaries, if you own a team. 6) Be on suspension for a whole season, make all of your teammates go on suspension for one/a couple of races, and be fired from your team in ARCR. (Or forced to shutdown ARCR subsidiaries, if you own a team.) 7) Be permanently exiled from ARCR. Section 1.2.1 - You can appeal twice to either of these consequences. If the final appeal does not pass, your consequences will become worse. Section 1.2.1.1 - The exception to this rule is #7, as you can only appeal once. Paragraph 2: Teams Article 1: Team Members Section 2.1 - There can be a maximum of two owners on every team. Section 2.2 - There can be a maximum of five full-time drivers on every team. Section 2.3 - There can be a maximum of three part-time drivers on every team. Section 2.4 - There are no crew chiefs or spotters that are not racers in ARCR. If somebody who is not racing tries to be your "spotter" they will be banned from the server, UNLESS you give the officials permission 24 Hours in advance. Section 2.5 - There can be a maximum of two spotters at a race for one driver. Paragraph 3: Drivers Article 1: Race Tracks Section 3.1 - If you cut below the double yellow line at Daytona, you will be given a warning. If you do it again, you will be serving a drive-through-pitroad penalty. (Maximum Speed 45) If you do it a third time, you will be teleported back to the spectators arena. If you whine, you will be banned from the server. If you banter in game comments and/or group wall, you will have to undergo one of the consequences mentioned in Paragraph 1, Article 1, Section 1.2. Section 3.1.1 - This rule does not apply to any other track other than Daytona. Section 3.1.2 - Cutting below the yellow and/or white line at any other racetrack on the schedule is OK, HOWEVER if you go through the grass or apron in any other track, you will be given the same consequences as Paragraph 3, Article 1, Section 3.1. Section 3.2 - If you flip over, do a barrel roll, or crash unintentionally (i.e. Vision Fling, Track, Lag) you will be given a warning. Section 3.3 - If a driver INTENTIONALLY wrecks himself or another, (ex. for a Caution so they have a chance at winning) they will be automatically banned from the server and undergo a consequence. Article 2: Flags/Race Rules Section 3.4 - NO OVERTIME RULES IN ARCR! There will be three GWC (Green-White-Checkered) attempts. Basically, the rule is restart with two laps to go, and go caution-free for one lap, and when the leader takes the white flag, the next flag, be it Caution, Red, or Checkers, ends the race. If two GWC attempts have already failed, the third GWC will be this following rule: When the GREEN flag drops, if there is a crash, the field is set and the race is over depending on the finishing position of the drivers, when the caution came out. Section 3.5 - Green Flag/Restart Rules - If at Daytona, you accelerate from the grids to the start finish line, where the green flag will wave. If at any other tracks, you accelerate from pit road to the start finish line, where the green flag will wave. Section 3.6 - NO REDOS! REDOS ARE COMPLETELY RIGGED IN EVERY ROBLOX RACING EVENT, IT IS A SCIENTIFIC FACT!!!!! Section 3.6.1 - Unless you are an official, DO NOT ASK FOR A CAUTION. WE HAVE EYES. WE CAN SEE WHAT IS GOING ON. IF WE DECIDE NOT TO CALL A CAUTION, SO BE IT. Section 3.6.2 - Once again, if you whine or banter, you will undergo consequences. Section 3.7 - If an official calls a caution, it is not official until I call a caution. Section 3.7.1 - If I am not at a race due to something I cannot control (ex. Saturdays with an abusive dad, funeral, doctor's or dentist's appointment, school extracurricular activities) then the officials will be given full ownership of a race. They will call the commands, and these rules will be void and replaced with their own rules. Section 3.7.2 - If I pass away, or die of a fatality, all ownership of the series will go to SimF1Maker and NMMacc1, and the season will be concluded to an end, with the points leader being crowned the champion of that season of ARCR. Paragraph 4 - Negligence Article 1: Negligence Section 4.1 - If you feel that you have been denied of these rights, and/or have been a victim of consequences due to a rule not on this forum, you have the right under the Constitution of the United States of America to sue.
