All Staffing Director’s must be present at all the interviews [Security and Barista], it is mandatory. If you are not present and do not have a valid explanation as to why, you will be demoted. At the end of interviews, you must place all the people back to the café.
You have the right to automatically ban trollers if they are present at any of the interview centers.
In addition, 15 minutes after the interviews have started you must lock the sever so that it is not over crowded.
