Corruption Prevention Bill
There have been many complaints about the FA's and Corruption in the United States. Many people accuse and riot against these rogues. This corruption can cause inexperienced officers to have unequal power and abuse against citizens. This also bears the fact that fewer people have opportunities for these jobs.

Section 1 - Qualification
1. All agency members must be qualified for their job by going through multiple tests in order to ensure their professionalism and ethic.
2. All Agency members must be handpicked and cannot be mass recruited, this reduces the number of inexperienced members and will create a better environment for D.C.
3. All Agency members must have gone to a tryout, application, or new built academies in order to be accepted.
4. Agencies must have reforms and retests in order to keep their agency members active, and re-evaluated for prevention of rogues.

Section 2 - Academies
1. Academies may be built in order to provide a learning curve for new inexperienced civilians.
2. Academies will have instructors that will teach ALL aspects of the agency, their correct positions, and tools.
3. Academies must have a final exam that must be reviewed by higher ranking instructors in order to pass through to the agency.
4. Academies do not have to be used if the civilian or applying member already has experience, and has gone through a tryout, or test to show their skill.

Section 3 - Tryouts
1. Tryouts must be unbias, and have a fair chance for all candidates applying.
2. Tryouts must be hosted by the high arch or second in command.
3. Tryouts may not accept ALL applying candidates.
4. If a candidate does not comply with the rules/regulations, they may be excused.
5. All agencies have the right to crash,ban,or kick anyone who does not comply or is worthy of the spot.
6. Candidates may not be kicked banned or crashed if they did nothing wrong.
7. Those who pass the tryout are able to skip the academy but must take the entrance
exam.
8. Tryouts can be reviewed by any government official.
9. Cheating may not be permitted in tryouts.

Section 4 - Interview
1. All interviews may only be held within non-weapon using agencies.
2. All appliers must show professionalism and skill in order to pass.
3. Interviews must be held by a high arch or second in command.
4. If the applier does not show skill in their applying agency they may be canceled and retested at another date.
5. Interviews must be unbias and have a fair chance for all appliers.
6. Interviewers have the right to kick,ban,and crash those who do not comply with rules and regulations.
7. Interviewers may not accept ALL applicants.
8. Government officials may review interviews if the interviewer has questions.
9. Interviewers must interview ALL applicants.
10. A minimum of 10 questions should be asked.
11. Cheating is not permitted on interviews.

Section 5 - Applications
1. Applications must be reviewed by the high arch or second in command.
2. All applications must be responded to either, accept, or denied.
3. Applications must ask appropriate questions regarding the agency.
4. Applications may only be used in nonweapon using agencies.
5. Applicants can only apply once a week if they are denied.
6. Plagiarism is not permitted in an application and get the applicant blacklisted if they are caught.
7. Agencies can post applications twice a week.

Section 6 - Professionalism
1. All agency members must use manners and show professionalism at all times.
2. All agency members must read the laws and must have been trained.
3. All agency members must be taught how to use their weapons/tools at the correct time.
4. All agency members must use logical reasoning or evidence while using their tool, or weapon. (Good Ie. Using the arrest tool because someone broke a law) (Bad Ie. Using the arrest tool because someone was being a "noob")
5. All agency members must show respect for one another and must be taught how to work as a team during dire situations.

Section 7 - Unfair Opportunities and Share of power.
1. High arches that show unfair opportunities can be subdued or exiled from the agency.
2. If a high arch were to resign or leave, the second in command may take his/hers place, and the new high arch will choose the new second in command.

The United States of America is in dire need of professional, and good agency members. In order to ensure success in America, this bill may provide choice, and decisions in order to help lessen corruption. This bill can stop the complaining in the United States and can provide the needed protection the United States need. The United States should give the people more opportunities by letting all applicants apply. By having more professional agency members, it will create a cleaner, better, more active environment in the United States.
