Here are the Rules for the City Watch.
1) Do not arrest Innocent People
2) If you see Someone RK Give them a Warning if they get to there 3rd Warning Jail them.
3) If someone tries to RK you defend yourself with your weapons. If they continue jail them.
4) As you are the City Watch you may not RK.
How the cuffs work:
If you walk up to someone and take the cuffs out and put the cuffs on their body they will be jailed so If you take out your cuffs and try to arrest someone else but it touches another Person, the Innocent Person will be jailed.
Why do I need a Pike:
The Pike is needed for Longer Range and so someone cant come close to you if they want to RK you.
