(1) ARTICLES
(1.1) ARTICLE I
-Disobeying the Regent, Minister, or the Head General or performing any act of insubordination will result in the offender being stripped of his/her rank and exiled without court marshal.
(1.2) ARTICLE II
-Deserting a battle without valid reason will result in the offender being stripped of his/her rank and exiled without court marshal.
(1.3) ARTICLE III
-Killing or performing any act of murder on a fellow Filipino without valid reason will result in the offender being stripped of his/her rank and exiled without court marshal.
(1.4) ARTICLE IV
-Disrespecting or insulting a commanding officer or a fellow Filipino will result in the offender being stripped of his/her rank and exiled without court marshal.
(1.5) ARTICLE V
-Helping a common enemy or performing any act of treason will result in the offender being stripped of his/her rank and exiled without court marshal.
-The offended can change the punishment "exiled" for the offender to something else. Such as: Demotion only, 5 day ban from place, in-game execution, etc.

(2.1) GAMEPLAY RULES

4. Do not act immature (This rule applies even to children)
5. Speak/Chat with grammar
6. Do not team kill (This includes allies)
7. Wear proper uniform (Use uniforms assigned only to your rank)
8. Custom uniforms are strictly prohibited
9. Do not ask for free promotion
10. Follow ROBLOX's rules

(3) RIGHTS
(3.1) [Visitor Rights]
> Rights to wander around unrestricted areas.
> Rights to be harrased or killed by any Imperial Personnel for any reason, be it logical or otherwise, unless he/she is thoroughly proven to be of Filipino ethnicity.
> Rights to become an ally of the Empire.
> Rights to be permanently banned from Imperial territory for flaming under the jurisdiction of an HR and above.
> Rights to be permanently banned from Imperial territory for any reason under jurisdiction of the Emperor
(3.2) [Hostile Rights]
> Rights to raid whenever 5 or more Imperial Soldiers are present, unless they are in the middle of a training.
> Rights to be permanently banned from Imperial territory for implying unfair combat situations under the jurisdiction of an HR and above.
> Rights to be permanently banned from Imperial territory for implying unfair treatment under the jurisdiction of an HR and above.
> Rights to be permanently banned from Imperial territory for engaging in combat while representing a clan which is not under the scope of the group's accepted eras/genres under the jurisdiction of an HR and above.
> Rights to be permanently banned from Imperial territory for flaming or any speech considered to be demeaning under the jurisdiction and opinion of an HR and above.
> Rights to be permanently banned from Imperial territory for harming, or attempting to harm non-combatants.
> Rights to be permanently banned from Imperial territory for any reason under jurisdiction of the Emperor, be it logical or otherwise.
(3.3) [Allied Rights]
> Rights to fight for the Empire for the Empire's interest.
> Rights to have a weapon.
(3.4) [Imperial Soldier Rights]
> Rights to have a weapon.
> Rights to talk to an officer if having difficulties.
> Rights to request to join a regiment.
> Rights to participate in a training session. (unless it's for a specific person, rank, regiment)
> Rights to wear the Empire's uniform.
> Rights to enjoy oneself as long as such methods do not conflict with any of the above mentioned policies.
(3.5) [Civil Guard Rights]
> Rights to have the same perks of an Empire's soldier.
> Rights to arrest anyone under the name of the law and the Emperor.
> Rights to not join an infantry training. (only if he is on Civil Guard duty & uniform)
> Rights to report directly to the Regent, the Minister and the Civil Guard leader.
> Rights to only answer the commands of the Regent, the Minister and the Civil Guard leader.
> Rights to not accompany the Emperor.
> Rights to enjoy oneself as long as such methods do not conflict with any of the above mentioned policies.
