I can't play Rocitizens!

So as i was on the web i decided to play rocitizens for the around the world event when it loads the game on a map gen my cursor decides to freeze in the middle of the loading none of the player names had loaded i waited like 3 minutes and it was still the same thing and i coudnt quit the game so is it the roblox player or the game?

To fix the cursor freezing in the middle, right click while moving the mouse. To fix the loading, you can turn down graphics settings.

Same problem. I went to servers, and clicked show more show more (there are alot) and get down until theres only like 5-7 people(or less) in a server then join. It worked a few times for me.

Same with me I join the game everything's fine then while it's loading it just stops everything freezes and then it kicks me out I try playing another of my favorite game it works perfectly I have no idea whats going on with Roblox and RoCitizens but i'm going to mash my computer... (Not Literally my computers to good for that but i'm really angry about that).

I have the same problem, I had fixed this.But then the problem comes back and I dont know how to fix this. But it is weird, when iam joineing the game as guest it works, but when I use any account, it dont works. Thts very weird...

I cant play RoCitizens on my new laptop. i don't know why. so i tried everything in this forum multiple times... still didn't work. then i just tried playing over and over and over again for about an hour. it worked only three times and all three times i was able to play my name was 'Player' in the name list. it wasn't 'Player' when it didn't work. So advise for (some) people, try that.

I hate, hate, hate when everyday you have to try to play " RoCitizens " and try, but, the game decides to take a hard road for us. WHY RoCitizens, WHY?!? We had such good time but, then the game hates us.

the reason why it doesn't work Rocitizens has a lot of assets and when your in a different tab or something like or it wont load if it doesn't load you just need to wait if it freezes it wasn't able to load the assets

It doesn't work for me either, It just breaks and I cant click anything the game doesn't even load!
