They all bought into H1tl3r's idea of what a perfect German and German society should be, yet he wasn't German himself. Imagine a Mexican coming into America, taking charge, and then telling the country what Americans should be. They would be killed in a week

there are no ethnic differences between Austria and Bavaria National Socialism started in Bavaria Austria should belong to an independent Bavaria comparing Mexicans coming to America and doing that to an Austrian going to Bavaria to do that aren't even close to being the same thing

They all bought his economic policy, largely because the Treaty of Versailles was basically designed to make Germany's economy equivalent to modern Zimbabwe, but only a small minority of people (like 15%) actually agreed with his social policy and a lot of the 85% only pretended to go with it out of fear.
