windows 10 won't load robloxlauncher

hi I have been having a problem with windows 10 loading Roblox launcher. when I try and launch the .exe file I get an error saying Robloxlauncher is not working. I have tried numerous times to fix this but no such luck if you could please help that would be great. :)

I am on Windows 10 and it works for me. Although, sometimes you will need to wait some time for it to launch RobloxLauncher. If you wait for 5 mins and nothing happens then try again. I had to do that all the time when I first started to play Roblox.
