I don't know if you're bating on the men's rights thread but in the terms of service you agreed to as well as everyone else on this website ROBLOX can do whatever they feel like to your account and any subsidiaries such as groups because all content made on ROBLOX belongs to ROBLOX and they are not breaking a single law by removing that group so if you're going to talk law learn what a simple terms of service contract is, just because you chose not to read it doesn't make it any more valid so trying to convince someone to take ROBLOX to court and make themselves look like an idiot is wrong and makes you look like a moron, which might I add you do on a daily basis lol. |

Roblox is a United States company, thus all United States laws apply. They might be online but their headquarters and business patents are in the US. You are the one that's embarrassing yourself in this situation, I come from a long line of lawyers and businessmen, don't test me. Also there are loop-holes in roblox privacy statements, they might own everything on this website however it is still discrimination which can be used in the press and as a suitable reason to file a lawsuit. |

Roblox is a United States corporation, all United States laws apply. Since discrimination is against the law (for gender), the Mens Right's Activist group owner can file a law-suit if he provides sufficient evidence of how he hasn't broken any rules on the site and provide evidence of the opposite viewpoint (Women's Activist Groups) on roblox that haven't been moderated.
He has the option to legally sue roblox over emotional, financial, and other areas and get compensation.

I've already asked a professional with a college degree and is law certified about this issue, you're wrong. There is a lot of "grey" areas in policy regarding discrimination and depending on what the Groups Description/Name and the original reason that roblox used to remove it will be the factor in deciding if it's applicable to sue. |

I'm done, this is the last post I will be making towards morons like you, I don't have time for incompetent people.
1. You would expect people that have are surrounded by people with a job expertise they'd learn a few things over years of experience and insight.
2. You're being a hypocrite yourself, are you educated on the subject? Do you have a degree in law? No. You are by default "ignorant", more-so than I because I've done my research on this issue and you blatantly continue to use the same argument.
3. Also, I've already talked to a lawyer and I stated they agreed it would be a solid-case depending on the details of how/why his group was removed.
4. It wouldn't be thrown out, it wouldn't even need to go to court Roblox would likely not want the hassle and just fix their mistake.
