please report your performance in here (FPS)
The map is rather large, and might be extremely demanding on your PC |

Hovering between 56 and 60 FPS. Nice introduction.
but doesn't matter because the human eye can only see 30 FPS |
|
|
First off, the human eye doesn't see in frames. Light is brought through your eye completely regularly, it doesn't take still pictures of it. It takes in the motion. Now I'm not saying there's a noticeable difference between 110 fps and 115 fps. What I'm saying is the difference between 40-50 fps and 150-200 fps is an easily noticeable difference.
Even though people like you have come to believe that the human eye only sees up to 30 fps, it's wrong. The 30 fps range is where the frames observed by the human eye are seen as smooth. Any lower than 30 fps seems jittery and "laggy." But that's not to say the eye can't see above that. It's simply stating that's the optimized frame rate.
So, please dont spread wrong info tysm.
tl;dr : youre wrong m8

Anyways, need more posts, I need to determine if it lags for most players. |

Ill test it in a few hours. The map looks awesome from the picture. |

Thanks:) |

boi if you dont accept that you were wrong and just move on....
*when you are about to turn 15 but get called 12.*
|
|
|
At 65 FPS which is usual....
But if you want feedback on the map, make it better lol. The build quality of it is pretty poor. The trees are cones, the rocks are cylinders. Maybe make it triangle terrain and actually make decent looking trees. |
|
|
58-60 FPS but a lot lower when loading.
|

I play on a dell laptop and it ran pretty well at graphics 10, just occasional lagspikes. |

"but doesn't matter because the human eye can only see 30 FPS "
You sir must be special kind of stupid |

I can't make tree's with polygons, that'd destroy poor performance pc's. |
|

Yo wicked thanks for that post I learned something.
Also the map:
I lagged while it loaded then had a bit here and there when walking past a bunch of new city but then it stopped and I was fine.
im just a grill and im on fire |

"but doesn't matter because the human eye can only see 30 FPS "
You're stupid, sorry but it seems like your life is that much FPS. Human eye captures pictures fast, but you should know that every insane time it changes and it gives effects that we actually have FPS. Wherever you have read that our eyes have 30 FPS is stupid and narrow minded, I heard people say that our eyes can only capture 60 FPS but that is the current limit on the screens, not humans. And human eyes don't work in FPS, neither you can accurately determine it's capture speed, there's something called reaction speed but that doesn't determine anything other than the speed which you see something and react to it, in which case is the closest thing to determine "FPS".

@ Wicked you're wrong.
Actually, the eye takes in 18,000 frames per second, making us have the smoooooooothest visual of life. |

For me, I used a Mac with a 2.4 GHz processor, and 4 gigs of RAM. The map does lag for me, but only when loading, like loading the map or when morphing. FPS is pretty low.

Human eye can only see 30 fps crap, is a made up deseperate come back made by console players |
|
|
i get 58 - 60 with max graphics
its a prank |

@Soapy re-read what I wrote, I never said that isn't possible, only saying its unfeasible to measure eyesight in frames per second, a measurement limited to screens.
