ROBLOX caused my PC to go into a total freeze. No joke, I couldn't do a thing. Then, after about TEN WHOLE MINUTES it decides to respond. But I couldn't do ANYTHING! So, I had to get my dad to take the batteries out of my PC and put them back in. That worked, and here I am. Specs: Memory: 12288MB Ram (12GB) Processor: i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20 GHz (4 CPUs) Any solutions how I can fix this? Thank you! wannabe British, proud American

Display, it should be marked as, "Name", your graphics card.

Does it do this all the time, also did you have lots of programs using your CPU when it crashed? Too much CPU usage can cause that to occur.

Too much CPU usage as in, lots of stuff opened using your computer's resources.

Are you able to check your PCs temps? If you aren't able to, a good software to check is HWMonitor.

No, but I don't really care about the temps. :/ I'm sure this is not an overheat, as there would (likely) be a BSOD, which I didn't get. Anyways it unfroze two times for like 1 minute 10 seconds total. wannabe British, proud American

Blue screens don't always occur from an overheat.

Oh. Normally, if it had an overheat, wouldn't it just shut off? I mean, it didn't shut off. wannabe British, proud American

If it has an automatic shutoff function, but I've heard it can freeze your PC? I'm not entirely sure, but even if it didn't do this I'd still check your temps anyways, avoid future problems. I've heard your graphics card is not rated very well, everything else seems fine. You might wanna replace your graphics card in the future. Other than that, I suggest to ignore it overall for now, if it does it again you should take notice.
