Hello, I think that for 13+ users the only filtering should be swear words, and Non-English characters. Here is the thread about it.

Swear Words and Non-English characters. As well, filter common bypasses. (I.E. "W|o|r|d")

For 13+ users saying things such as "𝑘𝑦𝑠" is something very common. For that reason, filtering something like that for them is more of an annoyance than a protection.
I mean, common, I can say "𝐾" and it will be filtered. Sometimes whole sentences will be filtered. Heck, the main complaint most people have is that is is "𝑆𝑎𝑓𝑒 𝐶h𝑎𝑡". You know you went overboard when people call it a white-listed chat.

Instead of the hashtags, you should use a yahoo-like filter. Such as when I say "𝑊𝑜𝑟𝑑" it should filter all the letters but the first one. (I.E. "𝑊***")
