Fair enough I guess, good luck. I'd recommend learning how to build before considering in hiring someone else to do it for you, 10K for simple tasks wouldn't result in much profit.

I use skype to build communicate with people who commission me to build, works well.
If he's payin' 10k, as long as he pays first, it should be golden.
