1. Can someone be arrested for violation of Amendment I, Article I. Freedom of Speech? Yes, and no, Amendment one in the constitution guarantee citizens, the right to say whatever they like and dress up however they like and express themselves however they would like to, but there are a few restrictions, these restrictions are so that people do not put other people’s lives in danger in jeopardy such as yelling “FIRE” in a movie theater. Nor should the person harass people, use hate speech, or post links to other places. 2. How does one request information from a Rockport division? This may not apply, but the Freedom of Information act allows citizens to look into archives of government agencies, with this allowing citizens to do, they may ask federal agents or directors or deputies for information, as long as it is not classified, and they may be granted it, if they reach the requirements the government has set out to them to make sure they do not do anything wrong with it. 3. When a car is spawned, whose property is it? When a car is spawned it is the citizen who spawned it’s property, no one else can take the car or it would be considered theft and Grand Theft Auto. 4. Who manages government property? Who enforces it? Government property should be managed by the government, and the law enforcement officer or building owners/agency should be the people who would enforce the government property. 5. What is “double jeopardy”? A double jeopardy is when someone is tried two times for the same offense. This means that if someone stole a car, they could not be tried two times in the court for the same offense, they can only be tried if this happened on two different occasions. 6. Your client was demoted from Department of Transportation Supervisor, and wishes to sue the person who demoted them for false demotion. You are given the proof, and the proof is taken from a game that is in no way related to Rockport. Is the demotion false? Do you have enough reasoning for prosecuting the person who demoted your client? The evidence was taken from a game no way related to Rockport, if this happens the evidence is not allowed in court because it was not taken in lockport and it could have been corrupted some how, if this does happen you would not have enough reasoning to prosecute the demoter, and no it would not be false. 7. An officer arrests a citizen for killing someone with a revolver when another citizen attempted to murder them with an illegal weapon. Was this a false arrest? What course of action should the officer have taken? This is a false arrest, this is a false arrest because the person was acting in self defense while the other people was attempting to kill them. The police officer should be sued for false arresting and he would go through the court process, and if he is found guilty he should be sentenced to at least loosing his job. 8. A citizen spawns a vehicle, another citizen enters the driver’s seat. The citizen who spawned the vehicle decided it is appropriate to shoot and kill the person in the driver’s seat with a legal revolver. Was this action appropriate? If you said no, what should other course of action should the car owner have taken? No, this action was not appropriate, the citizen who spawned the car should have asked the person who took the car to please exit it, if they still would not exit the car, they should search for a police officer to help them get their car back and hopefully it would work well for the car owning citizen. 9. A citizen of Rockport walks onto private property, but does not have permission from the property owner? Is this illegal? Explain. Yes, this citizen has run on someone’s private property and has trespassed on it, and possibly disgraced it, so it would be considered illegal. 10. A Judge sentences your client to 1 year C/PoT. Does this violate anything? If so, what does it violate? The Eighth amendment of the Constitution (both Rock Port and United States) prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. Cruel and unusual punishment would be saying a person who did a crime not as harsh as others should not have a long sentence rather than someone who did a capital crime, if the judge sentences someone who stole a purse (Lets just say this) to ten years in prison that would be cruel to the person because they did not commit a crime that was serious.
