It was ok. My favorite Pink Floyd album is def The Division Bell. A Momentary Lapse of Reason is also REALLY good. I never got why The Wall gets all the praise.

Overrated and overplayed. I thought it was okay. For the time, it was considered monumental, but when you compare it to other acts at the time, it was 'meh.' I'd say a 7/10.

It was a good concept album. The movie was so dark and it scared me as a kid. My favorite Pink Floyd album is Animals.

@Huge Syd abandoned Floyd later in the 60's, which is why the album "Wish You Were Here" was made. But there are references to Barrett in The Wall. For example in Nobody Home it talks about "The obligatory Hendrix perm" and "Elastic bands keeping my shoes on". Although, I believe that lyric was written by David Gilmour.
