My fellow Lysterians,
In the absence of our Commander and leader of the Officer Academy, Sarvax, I will be starting up the Captains Initiative. The Captains Initiative is a program for Captains to give them a chance at becoming a High Rank, and to teach them the skills necessary to be an effective and competent officer.
In the Initiative, you will attend a series of private Trainings based on teaching you leadership skills. You will also be given the opportunity to co-host with current High Ranks.
The requirements to join the Initiative are as follows:
-A Discord account
-The rank of Captain
If you are interested in joining, you can either post below or PM me. I will give you a join link to the Captains Initiative Discord Room, where you will be notified of leadership trainings and co host opportunities.
To graduate from the initiative, you will need to co-host 5 successful trainings with another officer. The officer who is hosting must come to me and confirm that you did well. Unsuccessful trainings will not count against you in any way.
