no you dont have to be some allstar, im not that good myself but i know i can manage it and certainly i can get it a couple thousand members with VIP recruitment (although thats just #'s to get us noticed)
but with those numbers i can pm bot and get members interested in the game, as well as in-game recruiting to get activity
