How do I run a Building Group?

I need help, I always wanted to make a building group and I have ( it's called PixelBulletStudios) but I'm Hotspur how I should run it, if you know what I mean. Like should I hire builders? Only build games with my friends, once I get people in my group what do I do. As you can see I'm very lost.
