Make audio free (or cheaper) to upload

It's a waste of robux to upload a probably less than a minute clip of audio that's probably not even gonna get much fame or so. I could make a group rather than upload a single clip of audio. If not free, at least no where near 100 R$. Maybe 5-10 robux, but not so overpriced that lots of people will never get to upload any good sounds.
