British guards have silence codes, but its very easy to make em laugh or talk (according to youtube lel)
SS dont have silence codes, its quite common for an SS officer to come to you and ask whats going on irl.
Also I think we're the only ro nation that practices that so just proves how useless it is.

Are you out of your mind, we need officers and other law enforcement agencies communicating with the citizens to figure out the situation. Think of this in reality: the police shows up he doesn't say anything just barges into your home, violating your rights and at the the person had a neighbor issue.
