[1] Important Changes
Sleet Clan started up our Emerald vs Ruby event this week. Members are free to join any faction they wish. Here’s more information about this event: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=190977176
Sleet Clan has opened up a committee open to all! The new Community Committee is open to Templar+ who would like to become more involved with the low ranks, and help give ideas to help the department of Community function better. If you are interested in applying, contact Wolf_S for the application.
[2] HiCOM Votes
The HiCom votes from June 5th, 2016 kicked off with a vote to merge the department of Progression and Officer Efficiency. It did not pass with 70% however Overlord Chrispy overturned the decision and the vote passed. The next vote was a vote to dissolve the department of Justice. This passed easily with 100% of the votes from the HiCom. The next vote to come was to allow internal departments to have 3 ministers. This passed with 80%. Next, there was a vote to allow Superiors to give tags on our teamspeak. This passed unanimously with 100%. The next vote was to enact the Community Committee. The committee succeeded and received 90% of the votes. Last but not least, the HiCom voted on the addition of families to Sleet Clan. This passed with 87.5% of the votes.
On June 12th, the HiCom voted on a couple things. The first vote was a vote to extend our trial alliance with FEAR for another week, which passed with 100%. The other vote was to allow all users to view private domains. This passed with 88%.
[3] War Notes
After the big UAF war faltered, Sleet Clan’s war status has remained dormant for the past couple weeks. However, Sleet Clan will continue to search for a war to spark our community and get things flowing again. The Community department however, started up Emerald and Ruby this week! Reference to the forum link above.
[4] Development Notes
There has been lots of progress on the secret project Department Seven is working on with DestinyUnbound in command. “I can only say one thing about this project; The Rainbow will fall on the Axiom of the World, and then nothing will ever be the same.” DestinyUnbound commented. This project is expected to be finished around the end of summer. We also have several side projects in the works, such as Sh_dow working on a new rally place.
[5] Division Updates
SCSG have been showing dedication and are persevering to win at FoA every time they raid. They won twice at FoA in 1 week under the leadership of the former Warmaster, but improvements will have to be made to win again. Unfortunately, some members have left, but Safeguard has started to actively recruit new members. We still have decided to pull out of the Battle of Champions though, However, we are still optimistic about the future of the group!
Gladiators will be starting somewhere in the near future. We are waiting until after the Emerald and Ruby event to try and start it up.

Mot_Screziato was promoted from Warlord to Minister of Community
Donte2233 was promoted from Warlord to Minister of Diplomacy
KlLLSTREAKS was demoted from Minister to Warlord
aguaroNrooney retired from Sleet Clan
dev_Brandon retired from Sleet Clan
DiaIs was promoted from Select to Warlord
Fourdragons was promoted from Select to Warlord
Rektonize was promoted from Select to Warlord
Sh_dow was promoted from Select to Warlord, then he achieved Minister of Diplomacy
Blackmask2020 was promoted from Warlord to Minister of Warfare
[7] Member Recognition
This week, the Community department decided our member of the week to be ClearTime. ClearTime has shown himself to be dedicated to the group and has been very active despite the recent events. Keep up the good work!
