By purchasing a Lot in REC you agree to the following...
1.A (Skip if you are purchasing a lot, rather than renting it)
-If you neglect to pay your rent for your lot (1 week post due is granted) your lot will be wiped clean and put back up for sale.
-You do not maintain the right to rent the plot to someone else.
-You do not maintain the right to insert gear that is disallowed by the Developers (I.E Swords, knifes, guns, any form of item that can cause damage)
2.A (If you are buying your plot)
-You must pay the full price up front before you will be sold the plot. We do not do by monthly payments on purchases.
-Once you purchase the lot, you maintain the right to rent it, sell it, and develop on it.
-All buildings must be built off the REC game and be approved by the CEO.
-All transactions must be approved by the CEO, including renting, leasing, demolishing, or selling a lot.
1.B Info and Prebuilts
Lots must remain in their size aspect. If you present a building that is too tall/wide. The CEO will correct it. It may not be done as you want it.

Prebuilt lots will be available for purchase (You buy the lot, you buy a prebuilt, and a developer will do the rest)

While you have the right to insert your own sellers and givers (for food and beverages) into your lot, as well as gamepasses, you do NOT have the right to use these givers for other purposes (such as weapon dispensing, Admin giving, Exc)

If you purchase a lot, yet neglect to act on it within a month, your lot will be put up for resale. A refund can be provided.

Other than listed above, there are no refunds on lots, unless repurchased by the REC

==IMPORTANT==
Once you buy a lot, you maintain the right to that lot. REC will not build onto your lot without buying it out from you.
If you sell a lot and there is a dispute, it is the sellers job to deal with it. REC retains exclusive rights to end a lease if a dispute emerges that causes harm to REC or its ratings.
You are responsible for what goes into your building. Your name will be put on the building. If you insert invalid models (stolen, inappropriate) you will take the blame for it, and if we are reported due to your item, your lease will immediately become terminated.
If your lease is rightfully terminated. You will not be able to purchase from REC again, nor will you be granted a refund.
Any disputes will be handled by either the seller or REC. If a dispute claim is put in by a second hand purchaser of a property.
If you have a dispute filed against you, your lease will be put on hold, and your building temporarily shut down.
Disputes will be settled based on evidence (video, screenshots, exc). If the Prosecutor provides more substantial evidence, They are likely to be the ones who are granted the lot.
