Hello citizens and occupational operatives of Docklands,
I am RedneckThe0ry, and I am running for Mayor of Docklands city of Harford. One thing I would like to cover on, prior to my actual speech is that the duties of a city mayor are commonly misconstrued and these occupants are just idling figures. So now to elaborate the duties of a Mayor; traditionally, mayors oversee a city's main departments, including the police, fire, education, housing and transportation departments. At the same time, their responsibilities vary depending on the local power structure. There are four main options for a city's local government structure, and some cities use a combination of several.
Now, Docklands needs a mayor who can work to better the city within his legal jurisdictions, with that I intend to work alongside the people of Docklands to provide equal employment opportunities, and abolish prejudices within our departments. Now let's go further into detail shall we?
Plans as Mayor;
1. Provide more employment opportunities for the people of Harford.
➥ By working with the executive departmental heads, and privatized business owners of Docklands, I will work to provide positions within these businesses/departments and find elaborate ways to occupy our citizens.
2. Speaking upon matters within the city.
➥ When something comes up, citizens should have more of a say in the changes that effect them right? Well now well a change is proposed I will announce it in advance to take on constructive criticism. The criticism will be used to take on different perspectives and select one that will be best fit for that instance. I will also speak on matters of mass crime ratings, Martial law, and State of Emergencies. These speeches will include methods to reduce these problem within that instance, and how to prevent that in the future.
3. Reducing crime / Enabling a better community.
➥ This section is commonly brought up in speeches, but yet never actually explained how someone will they wish to do so. Looking into the majority of "criminals", they have tried to make it into departments, and felt inferior to higher ranking staff due to corruption and injustice actions. Now, as I am not directly calling any department or agency corrupt. I will work to reduce these acts, and by doing so work to provide these "criminals" something better to occupy their time.
4. Looking to enable a committee for enrich our agencies and businesses.
➥ I have the idea of enabling a committee of officials within the Departments within Docklands, and business high ranks to discuss ways to bring more businesses and such to our city. This will also work to bring jobs to the occupants of Harford. Now, in order for this to be enabled (It's above the Mayoral jurisdiction) so a legislation and/or executive order would have to authorize this committee (I could be wrong on the way to authorize this committee).
5. Capital Staff (CS's).
➥ As Mayor, I would like to limit the amount of capital staff, as they're normally idling figures that have no obligations nor real purpose. Therefore why have someone in an idling rank? Theoretically a Capital Staff is normally a secretary or personal assistant to a government official. Why not have a way for government officials apply for the right to have one? This will enable less CS's and limit the amount of abuse from radio's and such.
6. Departmental Forums.
➥ As Mayor, It will be priority to make sure each department within the city has an up to date handbook, that explicitly states obligations of that department and their operatives. Things like applications, and other things would also be imperative to type up as this will better the department & the professionalism of the city/department.

@Isaac, I left due to an impeachment against me that I didn't feel just. The impeachment was for not holding a senate session for three weeks (I believe). However, I was tasked with executive duties as dealing with HLS and some other things at the time as well inactivity notice had went out during that period of time. The times I tried hosting sessions, there wasn't an online quorum due to inactive senators last term.
I left peacefully, and rejoined as a citizens. Then actions of admin abuse occurred and I was framed, therefore I had left as well notified lost via skype. I was going to return quicker however personal conflicts means that I am just not being able to get back on after three long weeks.
I appreciate your concern about this as it shows that you care about your state.
