my mouse wont work on the game ive done almost everything it just shows the mouse you see on the website and stuff the bigger white one dosnt move how do I fix and dont be rude ust anwser

Is it your mouse? If not you should try resetting to the original mouse cursor / theme for your Windows / Mac OS X. If you think it's you're mouse, do the following steps. Tilt the mouse over and you will see a red light. The area of the red light, will be dirty / unclean. Take a cotton swab and put little Rubbing Alcohol / usually water does the job. Clean the area where the red light is, remove your Mouse USB and plug it back in. Give it a few seconds to recognize, and Tada. It should be fixed. If you think it's something else, Google is your best help.

Thanks for the help but it wont work so this is the prob. The big white cursor wont move only the tiny black one and it wont let me connect to the white one help D:

He means the tiny black one as the Mac cursor and the big white one as the ROBLOX cursor.

He didnt turn off his mouse, im having the same problem. What he means is the mouse becomes unresponsive when i puts it over the roblox screen. The light for the mouse is still on and everything works fine, its just trapped in the roblox window. Many other people are having this problem and i doubt that this many people just turned off their mouse, (sorry if that sounded agressive)

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. I've tried changing the mouse to numeric (Using the number pad on my keyboard), but that does nothing, because the Mac Cursor (Black) just moves, not the ROBLOX one (White), even when I know I'm on the ROBLOX game.

This is happening to me I tried everything new mouse, shut down computer, uninstalled roblox and reinstalled- nothing worked I cant play any games my mouse works everywhere else literally only when i go to a game it doesn't work. PLEASE SOMEONE HELPPPP!!! HOW DO I FIX PLEASE REPLY

@Griff, I'd guess by this time tomorrow at the latest, but by tomorrow morning it should be fixed for sure. Though I'm not roblox so I can't say anything for sure. It's even worse for those of us who lead groups mate. It just is what it is.

I am trying to find a game that do not need intense moving of the cursor now. aaaaaa. I wonder if this is a Mac only problem or a random rate.

Everyone that had the prob is saying its mac so it might just be messed up software that the mac isn't compatible with.

Already tried it, doesn't fix it. Roblox in a nutshell. Employee: Boss, everything works and the game is great, players love it! Boss: Then we have failed get the coders make us an update that breaks everything. And does absolutely nothing else of value. But make it look like it's a good update. Employee: Okay!
