I honestly can't take this anymore...
I try my best to make SCR great again and one of the top clans. It was a promise that I made to a previous leader of SCR. I even saw 10-20 members active in trainings today, it was honestly amazing to see how SCR has progressed little by little, it makes me as the owner happy to see that improvement. However, nobody has been taking me serious and bothered helping me with development. Secondly, my high ranks won't take me serious and think it would be nice if I stop doing something for SCR and instead attend to their trainings to babysit them. I already have real life issues and now this is also another issue that I have to deal with too? I know it is a real shame to see a leader like me to give up easily but I cannot deal with this stress and pain anymore.

Pass it on, or fire your HR's and hire Active devs, and look for Quality HR's in SCR

Don't kill it, bud.
Demote your HR's, hybernate it again, when your life gets better, restart it.
Or just... hand it down...
But don't let it get corrupted once again, give it to someone you trust.
I balance my job, school, life, and roblox equally.
If it's a family issue I understand, my dad usually screams at me every other day and a few minutes later he'll try to act like if it never happened lol.

That's very annoying. I bet there's people in SCR who worked hard for it, and for it to just shutdown.
This is why clans fail, do the right thing and give it to either 2ics to lead.
