Hello! I am the current President of the University of Harvard on roblox! I see you are wishing to apply. Well, we only accept the best and brightest minds of roblox to be freshman. Do you have what it takes? In this guide I will walk you through many tips on how to impress the admissions officer when writing your application. We will have a "TO DO" section and a "DO NOT DO" section. I hope this helps in your application. Also at the end we will have a FAQ (Frequently asked questions) on Harvard applications. So, let's get started!

TO DO's:
1. "Write a Paragraph or more in each application question": Admissions officers like if students write a lot, it makes them seem like they really put effort in their application.
2. "Write references" : Usually 50% or more of applicants do not have references. The reference section is like a spot where we contact your roblox friends and ask them if you are up to the task of entering the world of Harvard.
3. "No grammatical errors" : The admissions officer can check for any errors in the click of a button. We use Trello and we can see any errors you have in 0.5 seconds of clicking the "error" button. If you have 5+ errors, you will be denied. We are nice as if the error is a simple typo we will allow it.
4. "State previous experience" : This is an absolute MUST if you want to get in. It will greatly improve your chances of up to 99% if you state past experiences as an HR in a well know group. This proves your leadership abilities.
5. "Be nice" : We have many applicants who are very rude and uptight. They think Harvard will be given to them in a silver spoon, but that is not the case. We have even rejected very reputable members from the ro-nation community for being rude to other members. This we take very seriously and we will deny if we think you are being rude to another member.
That is the "TO DO's". Let's move on to the "DO NOT DO's".
1. "Do not lie" : You would not belive the amount of applications we read a day that say "I graduated high school at age 13 and now I am a doctor at age 15", Or "I read all the
Shakespeare books by age 10 and I have written a best seller and I am just 12.". Or, "I go to a very exclusive private school that you need to do a exam to get in". The last one is the most common one and we get at least 30 every round of applications that they say that. Please, we can see through your lies. We are not dumb, we are admissions.
2. "Do not troll" : We get any applications trolling and usually they do not want to get in the first place, but if you want to be blacklisted from ever applying. Do not troll.
3. "Be professional" : We want the best.
Now to the FAQ section.
1. "When will my application be read?" : Soon, we have terms of applications every 2 weeks.
2. "Is this irl Harvard?" : No, and if you haven't realized this yet, your not ready for roblox Harvard or irl Harvard.
3. "What does differed mean?" : It means denied but you can try again.
4. "For the references section, do I write my real life friends/family/teachers?" : No, primarily because roblox would remove us for taking personal information and also because we want references that are in roblox. Like your friends username so we can check if you are a good candidate for Harvard.
5. "I have been accepted, what now?" : Wait up to 24 hours to be ranked.
6. "I finished my application but the round thing froze and it says Sent! Did it send or did it lag out? : It sent, don't worry about it. As long as the circle thing stops moving and it says "Sent!" under it. It's good.
7. "I wrote a lot but it comes out in a straight line. Will admissions officers see all that I did?" : Yes they will. Admissions does not use the game feature, instead we use Trello and we see the application fully like a word document. So please feel free to write as much as you want if you want to get accepted.

Seems like the admissions process excludes a potentially large number of people who would give excellent perspectives to the group. Yes, I understand experienced HR's are valuable, but there goes the market of people who are passionate yet inexperienced or potentially very experienced in the real world but not as much so in ROBLOX. There are many reputable groups where really the only requirement for HR status is to be there a long time and have people like you. Frankly, I'd expect a better overall judge of character than your past HR experiences, or your excess of grammatical errors. Perhaps an essay on something one is passionate about, or a diagnostic, or something more reflective of the person instead of the person's environment in the future? Anyway, I haven't played ROBLOX in a while so my HR experiences are dimly there in the past, and we're really not that remarkable seeing as many HR's we're illiterate and failed to complete their jobs. I think there are better ways to judge character... Maybe I'll go to Yale (I'm Kidding, Ill still apply, but based on your requirements I am unlikely to get in.) Cheers. Have a good one.
