ROBLOX Infinite Loading

Whenever I open a ROBLOX game, the loading never finishes, and eventually in some cases the game closes itself. I've re-installed the game 2 times and it's still happening. Is it a ROBLOX issue?

Since you are NBC, that may have something to do with it. Do you skip/close/pause the advertisements? The ads sometimes must play out until it loads the game.

Also, I don't mean while launching the game itself. In-game, the loading screen before getting me in-game is stuck there forever.
