Rule of thumb when someone gives you activity numbers

when someone says they get A-B thats on a good day, really on avg it's A*.75 - B*.75 They tend to exaggarate by 25% eg if someone say their clan rallies 8-10 its probably closer to 6-8 with 10 on a good day ~The holiest of Moose kind~

I just round the number of average events to the closest number. 18 would be 20. 23 would be 25, so forth.
