Remember to follow this AT. ALL. TIMES. Not only when an High-Rank comes online, but always. If you fail to follow this and you are discourteous and disruptive, you may be demoted. If you are a customer, you will be kicked or banned if the offense is repeated.

( USE GRAMMAR AND SPELLING AT ALL TIMES )
Unless in a close social interaction with others, you must follow this rule. We are professional and will not tolerate bad/no grammar. Failing to use proper grammar will result in a demotion.

Example of GOOD grammar (FOLLOW this!): Hello, sir/ma’am! Welcome to Tsunami Sushi! We hope you have a great experience!

( NO ADMIN ABUSING )
To prevent this mistake that some may make, we have a forum of admin rules. Give big thanks to OfficeCat and iiMadiSparkle for creating the Admin Rules! If we catch you admin abusing, the punishment will be severe depending on the action.

( NO OVER-SHOUTING OR PUTTING UNNECESSARY THINGS ON SHOUT )
This is a huge concern for many High-Ranks. I will provide a list of dos and donts below.
Do:
◘ Post if interviews are being hosted or server-locked.
◘ Post if a training session is being hosted or server-locked.
◘ Post when someone hosts a meeting and when the server is server-locked.
◘ Post a small invitation to come down to the restaurant.
Don’t:
◘ Post if you are leaving the group. We care, but please post this on the wall.
◘ Post if there is a hacker at the restaurant. We also care about this, but please. We do not want to cause havoc in the group.
◘ Post QOTD’s. That is something only approved ranks can do.
◘ Post that it is your birthday, your pet died, etc. Again, we care, but please post this on the wall if you must.
◘ Shout when the shout is on shout-lock! You WILL get in trouble for this. Chief Executive Officer+ are allowed to put a shout-lock ONLY for important matters regarding with the group.
If you follow these rules, shouts in Tsunami Sushi will be successful! Failing to follow these will result in punishment.

( DO NOT COMPLAIN IF YOU GET DEMOTED IN A NUISANCE MATTER )
This will cause further demotion. If you do not complain, you have a better chance to get that rank back (granted it will take some time and effort to regain it). If you do complain, do not expect your rank to “magically” reappear with just numerous complaints. Although, you have the right to complain if you believe that your demotion was unjust. So here is some advice: do not complain. It increases your chance of getting your rank back.

( BE APPROPRIATE )
This should go without saying, but by this we mean do not troll or swear, do not act inappropriate or say anything derogatory, dress appropriately, and do not goof around too much during work hours. We are a professional franchise and we will not tolerate any misbehavior. If you are a customer and you misbehave, then we will give you three warnings (none if you are acting quite horribly) and kick or ban you if your attitude does not improve. If you are a worker and you misbehave, we will give you warnings to get your act together. Failing to comply with our warnings will result in a demotion.

( DO NOT HINT OR ASK FOR PROMOTIONS )
Many High-Ranks and Medium-Ranks have seen this sort of behaviour a lot. Please, do not ask for a promotion. The more you ask or hint, the more likely it will result in the exact opposite; a demotion. We will notice your hard work, just keep going!

( DO NOT BRAG OR BOAST )
Yes, you are allowed to tell your friends you got promoted. What is not allowed is announcing your rank in a way that is meant to be condescending, snide, or prove that you are superior to those with ranks lower than your own. With that being said, DO NOT PUT YOURSELF ABOVE OTHERS. This is actually really rude, and if caught doing this, it will result in a demotion. We also want to be fair. The only ones above you are the Super-Ranks. So if someone tells you something, and you are not too sure on it, please ask a Chief Executive Officer+.

( DO NOT TRY TO FIND LOOPHOLES IN THE RULES )
This is a big no-no and is actually rather annoying for most High-Ranks. If you have done something wrong and you were caught, admit to your mistake and accept the punishment. Do not try to out-smart us, as the majority of the experienced workers know the rules more precisely. It will only make us think you are talking back and disrespecting us, resulting in a more severe punishment if necessary.

( DO NOT TELL ANYONE THE PASSCODE TO THE TABLET IF YOU KNOW IT )
This is important. We do not want some customer getting it and telling all of their friends. They can easily troll if they happened to find out what the passcode is. As a family, we count on you to be trustworthy.

( NO FAVORITISM )
Not only is favoriting others wrong, it is also completely unfair to others who work hard for their next rank. Be as just as possible when ranking people, and do not let your biased opinions and relationships with others persuade your actions. If nepotism is caught, it will result in a warning. If repeated, a demotion will be taken into affect.

( DO NOT CAUSE DRAMA )
Drama is one of the main reasons for demotions and other consequences. If you spread drama amongst others, please try to keep it to yourself. Talk to a friend about it outside of Tsunami Sushi. If it is really that bad (bullying, harassment, etc.), please private message a Chief Executive Officer+ on who and what the issue is. Please ensure you provide as much proof as possible when reporting an issue so we can deal with it better. We still want you to be safe!
