Hello. It's about time someone informed everyone what exactly went down between the Global Occult Coalition and LoyaltyLeader's SCP Foundation. It all began when we took in Lykaon, the leader of the SCPVerses Former CI. He joked around, but mostly was under control. I'm not saying he didn't go overboard at times, as he did, but there were many things the Foundation got onto him about that they wouldn't of gotten onto others for. Foundation and GOC Relations deteriorated over time, until Loyalty was pointing a Howitzer at us. So, one day, I go onto the Site. Three or so GOC personnel are in the cafeteria. Lykaon's doing his usual thing, nothing really bad. A couple other GOC are just walking around and chatting. Loyalty is there under an IA Account, just watching but not talking. I leave for a bit, come back. Loyalty is ordering all GOC out of the facility for "immaturity" or something along those lines. They comply. Lykaon, Qyrn, and I go back but stay right outside Foundation grounds. We begin dancing and saying things, mimicking a group of Internal Security Department personnel that did the same thing to us once. Loyalty declares all three of us Kill On Sight and the Foundation opens fire. Lykaon fires back after watching Qyrn and I gunned down, killing a single L5 before being taken out himself. Now here comes the fun part. The GOC began making jokes over the radio, trying to lighten the mood. Loyalty decides an appropriate response to this is to lead an invincible MTF Kill Squad into our base via helicopter and spawn kill us all until we leave. He then followed us to our main facility (a seperate game) with the intention of raiding it. When he arrived, he realised it wasn't set up to raid. So he settled for making a statement that basically said "You made a few jokes, so we're fully justified in killing you". Loyalty was warned that any further overkill actions would result in war. I wanted to prevent this, so I came up with a plan. My plan was to get Loyalty to get Lykaon out of the GOC and slowly repair relations. Sorry Lykaon if you read this, but the GOC's well being was more important to me. Loyalty completely ignored me and decided to use his fancy howitzer to assault the embassy because Lykaon was inside it. The GOC took this as an unprovoked attack and declared war. The war was short lived and ended in a peace treaty. So, end of story, right? Wrong. A few days ago, Loyalty hid the name on two MTFs and equipped them to blow our new embassy's doors open with breaching explosives. He then had them try to steal our tank. That alone wouldn't be enough to cause a problem. What caused a problem was that he declared the whole situation classified, ordered MTF to deny it, and falsified a story of exploiters. A L5 came forward with chat logs proving Loyalty was behind it. That L5 and I were accused of leaking "classified information." Loyalty said he would take away the L5s admin. Him and his supporters antagonised us, making us out to be trouble makers and claimed we were committing treason. Now here comes the best part. A group of GOC got really mad over this. Mostly just a single strike team, but a leader of a different strike team worked with them. They randomly attacked Site-54 and killed a few personnel, which they saw as just doing the same thing Loyalty was doing to the GOC. Loyalty showed up and told them they could either declare war or be kicked from the SCPVerse for this. His own personnel, along with GOC personnel, tried to reason with him. He ignored them all, banned the GOC there before they could even inform High Command, and kicked the GOC from the SCPVerse. He didn't put this through the O5 Council. It is a complete overreaction and unjusitifed. I called him out for not actually working with his O5 Council in a Skype chat today. The chat contained all the O5s. You know what he did? He left the chat. Anyways, that's the situation between the GOC and Loyalty's Foundation. We found two new Foundations and won't be coming back to Loyals. -Dr. Lux
