Haven't been to the gym in weeks, but what's your bench press. |

been on vacation and haven't had much access to weights besides a few Dumbbells in select hotels.
After I come back I'm lifting as much as possible. |

bench press: hit 200 for 6 yesterday. the goal was 8, and i feel capable of doing it. didnt take my creatine that morning, and accidentaly warmed up with 150 rather than 160. under better circumstances, i think i wouldve gotten 8 reps |

what youre asking literally makes no sense to me. if a barbell is "fixed" at 30, although ive never heard it referred to as such, then the barbell is 30 lbs and every plate you add on adds to the total weight. |

i started at age 12. missed several months due to a broken leg and a few months during football season freshman year due to a lack of access to a weight room. |

i hit puberty earlier than others also its not uncommon for serious athletes to start lifting in middle school |

My bench max (yes roast me ALL YOU WANT doesn't change anything) is 185, squat max 355, power clean max (yes roast me ALL YOU WANT doesn't change anything) 165
