i got back on the biking grind this week, doing a couple miles every few days to get the legs and cardio back up to snuff |

i'm actually trying to cut down on my cardio
i do 2.5 miles 3 times a week and that's hurting my muscle gain |

Since when does cardio kill muscle gain
Also the best workout to increase sprinting speed is single leg jumo squats (weighted). Best exercise ever |

fun fact I've only been working out with dumbbells for the past couple of months because I don't have access to a gym! the dumbbells range in weight from 5 pounds to 52.5 pounds |

I've never gone to a gym as well. I just have a bunch of equipment at home and have had access to my school's weightroom this past year. |
