"i'm trying to get yolked for college" amen i got back on the biking grind this week, doing a couple miles every few days to get the legs and cardio back up to snuff

i'm actually trying to cut down on my cardio i do 2.5 miles 3 times a week and that's hurting my muscle gain

Since when does cardio kill muscle gain Also the best workout to increase sprinting speed is single leg jumo squats (weighted). Best exercise ever

fun fact I've only been working out with dumbbells for the past couple of months because I don't have access to a gym! the dumbbells range in weight from 5 pounds to 52.5 pounds

I've never gone to a gym as well. I just have a bunch of equipment at home and have had access to my school's weightroom this past year.
