My kid cant use this game, every time she try's it say the server has shut down. My son can play it as he pleases. They have different account names and she is the only one having an issue. What can I do?

It seems your child's account age is not old enough. She can play other games, right? If she can, the game specified just has an account age limit.

I thought the same thing. I made an account with an older age for myself to check it out. The same issue was happening to the new account. It says the game has shut down, not the server.

No, it's not the age you input when you join, it's how long your account has existed. As I said, there are plenty other roleplay games like Animatronic World. You can get your child to play one of those until her account is old enough. If you need any more help, just message me!
