On 05/24/16, at approximately 11:45pm EST, I was appointed as the new Commanding General of the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) for American_Ranger's USAR, replacing former General Andy123word. Under my new authority reforms will be taking place over the next few days. TRADOC will be known for it's excellence, and it's excellence in instructing those who come after us. Greatness starts here. [Chronological list of upcoming/current reforms]; 1. All staff members below the Deputy Chief of Staff of TRADOC have been removed and placed as the "[Awaiting Placement]" 2. Applications will open for those within the "[Awaiting Placement]" position and those who meet newly to-be established TRADOC requirements for the Drill Sergeant School. 3. Drill Sergeant School (as well as a schedule for it) will commence on a weekly or bi-monthly basis with applications opening 24-72 hours prior to the beginning of it. 4. Those who excel from the initial DSS class will be evaluated for the currently open position of TRADOC Command Sergeant Major and TRADOC Head Drill Sergeant. 5. Weekly reports regarding BMTs, AITs, and other TRADOC-regulated trainings will become a mandatory for those below Head Drill Sergeant. Pending further assessment, but Senior Drill Sergeants may be considered Unit Leaders within TRADOC, to act as a liaison from Junior Drill Sergeants and Drill Sergeants. More information will be released on this matter, but a solid chain of command for reports as well as the guidelines for said reports will be instated and elaborated on later. 6. Building on the last section, transparency reports partially comprised from the weekly training reports will be instated to allow complete transparency for the training and doctrine command. These reports will include, but not limited to at this time; - Drill Sergeant School application acceptances and passes. - Upcoming or re-developed TRADOC regulations, rules, and other guidelines. - Relevant/important promotions, demotions, suspensions, and removals from within TRADOC. - BMTs, AITs, or other miscellaneous trainings hosted by TRADOC number count and the hosting officials. - Other important and miscellaneous information deemed necessary for TRADOC to release. As of right now these reports are in a trial period, and will be evaluated over the upcoming weeks for effectiveness. Should this trial period be a success, TRADOC hopes that other divisions/corps will take to releasing reports on the par of this thoroughness to provide full transparency and accountability from within and throughout the rest of the United States Army's personnel. Thank you for your cooperation in the above matters in advance. This is subject to be changed at any point in time per the needs of TRADOC and re-released.
