Moderation of clothes

I made a clean version of a purple tank top with a bracelet not copied at all no words whatsoever or anything bad for that matter and the window popped up "this item has been moderated" im not sure if they think its some kind of joke or what but this is the only time its happened before if this has happend to you please respond because I dont know what to do maybe you guys could help me?

More tried to make 2 more shirt a YOLO shirt and a orange plain orange and once again "This item has been moderated"

Some items I have tried to publish randomly get declined as well. I once tried to make a plain white crewneck, and it was declined. I tried uploading it again, and it worked for me. It is pretty irritating, though.
