Hello, this is Military Soldier's interview guide. This is what you’ll need to have and what you'll need to know for interview sessions. If you didn't make any of the interviews you could apply, copy and paste the questions and send them to a HR+. [INTERVIEW RULES] Rule #1 Grammar is needed at all times, if you don't use grammar you will be demoted. Failing to use grammar will result in failure. Rule #2 Respect is needed at all times, towards your interviewer and fellow future fryer(s). Disrespect is not tolerated. Rule #3 You have about 30 seconds to reply to your interviewer otherwise we might fail you as we want to have fast trainee+! Rule #4 There will be a safe chat test, you have 10 seconds to reply otherwise you will fail automatically. Rule #5 You will be kicked from the server if you have failed, if you have passed you will be promoted within the 24 hours. [INTERVIEW QUESTIONS] These are the interview questions you use when you interview people #1 Why do you want to serve your country U.S.A.? #2 How did you find Military Soldier? #3 What are some other services that you have worked for that were similar to Military Soldier? #4 What can you do that will benefit Military Soldier in the future? #5 What are some note-worthy characteristics you possess? #6 Do you have any final questions, comments, or suggestions? _____________________________________________________________________________________ [INTERVIEW PROCEDURE] This explains how an interview should be ran. Don't forget to ask them nicely to say a safe chat test but if they don't reply within 10 seconds then they have failed. Example of a safe chat test: Hello, welcome to Military Soldier, please say Sw4u. Every Interviewer+ will firstly give their intros and rules. They will then select people at random to interview. They should choose to interview those who are sitting down and behaving compared to the ones that are being rude or disruptive. You can take them to an empty interview room and then have them sit at the desk and then you may begin the interview. You can then start by going down the list of questions that are listed within the handbook and ask them the questions, one at a time. You will be judging them based on their response time and how well their grammar is. We want trainee+ that are professional and kind towards others. You will also judge them on how well typed their answers are, use of grammar and spelling, etc. If they pass then you will tell them that they will be promoted within 24 hours or if you're a HR then you can promote them yourselves. If they do not pass then you will explain to them what they did wrong and how they could improve next time, and then kick them. [HOW TO RUN AN INTERVIEW] The host will shout that there is an interview, then you will have to wait till it's time to slock. Which is when the interview time is, you use sm/m and you will say something like this; "SM Hello, welcome to the [TIME] interviews!". After that the host will use sm and say something like this "Sm We will start of with introducing our lovely staff." . Then you introduce the staff, Host, Co-Host, then the other interviewers! When the introducing is done you will say something like "sm We will now go through the rules, remember to pay very close attention!". Then the host or the co-host does the rules. Then you will start interviewing, you will choose a random person.
