VERDICT IN THE CASE OF KINDVE V. LOCATIVE
In light of the evidence submitted by the plaintiff, I hereby declare and affirm that I, Federal Judge Bakerley, rule in favour of the plaintiff on the charge of harassment.
However, due to the relatively low harm I perceive to have been inflicted on the plaintiff, I hereby place a one week long suspended sentence on the defendant. Should the defendant be convicted of a federal crime in the next 6 months, the suspended sentence of one week shall be added on to the sentence.
I also declare that for the next week, until the 4th of July, Locative shall restrain himself from coming into contact with, or attempting to communicate with, the plaintiff. Deliberate violation of this order shall result in the defendant being declared in contempt of court.
That is all.
E pluribus unum,
Federal Judge Bakerley |
