My Bc cancelled today while it has been on a monthly renewal cycle for almost 2 years now. The account that I'm paying it on has no issues and has enough money for the 5.95 transaction. I would just renew it again from the page but I am met with gray tabs that are unclickable. Theres a "Cancel" option but when I click on it I'm met with this message :
Your Builders Club membership cannot be canceled at this time as it is currently in the process of renewal with our payment processor, which briefly disallows changes to the membership during this time. Once the renewal process is complete, the membership can be canceled and you will still receive the full amount of time paid for. For further information, please contact Customer Service. Please note, Customer Service is unable to cancel a membership until the renewal process is complete.

Really don't get why it hasnt renewed even though its been about 30 minutes now since this occured. I've never had any issues like this before with Builders Club.
I would take the normal steps and email [email protected] but I have a game with a 300+ Player cap, and it has been making over 16K R$ a day in total R$ revenue. Now with my Bc removed I am going to probably make 1K or less every day. Given it takes 2+ days for a reply thats just over 20K R$ or more lost in sales.
