Avatar Skin Colour change: Add the change all skin button!

We should have a button that makes you choose a colour for your skin and it changes ALL limbs skin, so you don't have to change arms, legs, torso, and head all the time.

You can change your sking limb by limb OR use the button to change it all and modify limb by limb after.
