-These impeachments require 2/3rds of the House of Representatives to vote in favor of each individual piece of legislation in order for them to pass.

We cannot have an inactive judiciary especially based on the amount of crime that we have in NUSA. We need an active Federal Court that will swiftly go through trials and deliver justice where justice is due. I urge my fellow representatives to Aye the impeachments so that we may flush out the inactive judges and breathe new life into the Federal Courts, new life that will help, not hinder justice.

House, please read all the impeachments individually; do not say aye to all of them blindly. This is actually why I hate when people smush impeachments together since they just say "aye all".

This forum wasn't created to cater to your laziness and unwillingness to reach out directly to each Representative. If you care about this matter so deeply, you will respect the rules of the House and allow the process to conduct itself without interference of any third-party clutter.

While I agree with what Representative Rockwell said, I must add something: NUSA is a large ro-nation, and while it needs to rid itself of inactive judges, it needs to keep active judges, judges that know how to do their job and understand their responsibility and role in NUSA. Both Kyle and Myth are these types of judges. I read SurpriseParty's forum, and yesterday spoke with Myth about his impeachment. What is funny is that the day before Mr. Speaker said he was going to attempt to impeach Myth, Mr. Speaker and I attended a court case that was being run by Myth!

Nay. It has not been long since the recent impeachment attempt on Judge Mythbusters2000. He IS planning a case with myself as the Prosecutor, and I can assure that he has a lot of other cases lined up. I suggest all to Nay Mythbuster's impeachment. |

It's disappointing to see the amount of strenuous effort that is put into individuals trying to save their spot in the Federal Courts. If such spot wanted to be saved to begin with, more of an effort should have been exerted in their duties as a Federal Judge. It isn't easy to make such a decision; however, I feel compelled to vote given the circumstances that we're currently dealing with. No longer should Federal Judges be able to hold on to cases and have them collect dust without scheduling them. In addition, if a jude has not submitted a notice of inactivity, as far as I am aware - that judge is inactive regardless of the circumstance. We need judges who will do their job, and take responsibility for their actions. I'm proud to say the courts already contain quite a few, to name some (HarveyRSpecter, HershB), I'd like to see more diverse minds put in place.

We need an active Federal Court that will swiftly go through trials and deliver justice where justice is due. I have been waiting for a judge to take my case since over a month now. Very inactive judges. They are only active when it comes to AoS people.
