When the bombs dropped, people in Manhattan found their ways to making their own autonomy.
They claimed Manhattan, and set up borders in the centre of the Queensboro Bridge. While people has built scrap towns, the autonomy has exceeded to the other borough, The Bronx. It has a size of 168 kilometers in size. In 2047, a crisis happended in the winter. The Yorkers, now starving while supplies being cut off due to an accident in the food routes. This led to a crisis, anarchists in the Queens and Brooklyn gather at the border. They start breaking in, now the military of the autonomy start defending it`s well-fed autonomy from the anarchists, seemingly that the crisis was desperate. The anarchists, unsuccessfully lost the crisis. The autonomy thrived, with successful routes of food and caravans. It maintained a well-sustained autonomy. In the middle of winter, the autonomy had declared a few buildings as courthouses. The figure of the autonomy, Governor McDwight, made an speech. "If a citizen, he or she, commit a crime, they may have the choice of two options, in a kangaroo court, the man or woman, shall take one option, in what known is a verdict." The choices are Exile or Death, The rivers in the winter can freeze annually.
